It's a birthday surprise for Lolo Tom.
Otnie makes people happy by playing violin. He learned that he will taking care of God's gift. It's not by how much talent that God had given it to us, but it's how we used for His glory and His name be known to other.
When we read in the bible (Matthew 25:14-30) about the parable of talents. God will take our talent/s away if we don't use it. Most of the times, we love to compare our God's given talent/s to others and to think of it that God hasn't given us a special talent/s, so we're tempted to get jealous and wanted to compete or be like with others. Suddenly! we all forgot to use it (our special talent/s) more often, until God took it (our special talent/s) away from us, instead of God will give us more of it (our special talent/s).
